2015 was an early harvest year for the Napa Valley. We started picking Cabernet Sauvignon in mid-September, and finished before the middle of October - early for us. The crop was smaller than usual, which gives us great concentration of fruit and beautiful color.
Our 2015 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon offers aromas of bright black cherry and cassis, mixed with trademark Howell Mountain plum and cigar box. This wine is fullbodied with smooth tannins. Intense flavors echo the nose, with plum and cherry leading into a supple finish and firm tannins.
