Returns & Refund Policy
Returns will be accepted with prior approval only. The following situation may be the reasons for return: Damaged items, incorrect order.
You have 7 days from the date you received your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the wines must be un-opened with no damaged wine label and in the same condition that you received it.
Cancelled orders during transit will be subject to a 20% restocking fee along with shipping costs.
If you receive the incorrect order, please let us know immediately. We will send you a shipping label to return the wrong order and we will send you your correct order for exchange.
If the carrier loses your order or if you are unable to track your order please contact us immediately. we replace your order or we will refund it.
