Wines are usually shipped within one to two business days. All shipments are delivered via FedEx. Delivery is not available for P. O. Boxes. Most of our wines have free shipping available for 6+ bottle shipments. The shipping rate is $12 for 3 to 5 bottles and $16 for 1 to 2 bottle(s).
We use FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery to ship to California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Utah, and the metropolitan areas of Arizona, Nevada and New Mexico. Alabama (only to ABC location for pickup), Alaska, Arizona (not Phoenix), Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Georgia, Hawaii, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada (not Las Vegas), New Hampshire, New Mexico (not Santa Fe), North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia, and Wyoming.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your shipment tracking information, which can be used to track your package through the carrier’s tracking system. An adult signature is required to complete the delivery. The package will not be delivered to anyone intoxicated or under 21. Most carriers will attempt delivery a maximum of three times, then return the shipment to us. If a shipment is returned, we will charge you an additional shipping charge to re-ship your items. Please make arrangements with the shipping carrier noted on your shipment confirmation email if you are not able to receive and sign for the shipment. Most carriers have options to retain the shipment at their local office for pickup at your convenience.
We can't ship to Mississippi, Utah, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Please check your state's requirements before purchasing.
You must be 21 years old to purchase wine from Vinobee. By purchasing, you represent yourself as 21 years old and understand that a person of at least 21 years old will be required to sign for the wine upon delivery.
Holds on Wine Shipment During Summer Months
During summer months, we will hold shipment of your order if you request and keep your wine stored in our facility until the weather is more suitable for wine shipment. To hold your order, please tell us in the "Comment" section of the order during checkout. Please also include the date which you would like us to ship your package. We will hold your wine for free for up to 6 months.
Wines Damaged During Shipment
In the small chance that you receive a damaged bottle of the wine from Vinobee, please contact us within 2 weeks of your purchase date. To ensure our quality control is up to date, we may ask you to submit pictures and or return any unopened bottles for inspection. You may be entitled to a replacement or a refund, but that will be determined by our staff once your case is reviewed..
Shipping during the summer months of the year has an increased risk of heat damage. Vinobee is not responsible for wine damaged due to heat. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of shipping weather conditions when ordering.
Returns & Cancellation
Returns will be accepted with prior approval only. The following situation may be the reasons for return: damaged items or incorrect order.
You have 7 days from the date you received your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the wine bottles must not be opened without a damaged wine label and in the same condition that you received it.
Cancelled orders during transit will be subject to a 20% restocking fee along with shipping costs.
If you receive the incorrect order, please let us know immediately. We will send you a shipping label to return the wrong order and we will send you your correct order for exchange.
If the carrier loses your order or if you are unable to track your order please contact us immediately. We will replace your order or we will refund it.
If you decide to order and ship the wine during the summer months, the heat can cause the wine to expand and push against the cork, perhaps leaking past an imperfect cork. Some buyers may find this upsetting, but typically such short-term heat exposure creates no damage to the wine itself. However, do take care with older vintages, as they can be more fragile than newer ones. Slight leakage or seepage can be common during shipping and is not a valid reason to return the wine for a refund. If you are concerned about the heat damage, it’s best to wait until cooler months to order.
