This Sancerre showcases the appellation’s characteristic terroirs, each contributing unique elements: Flint-stone provides ageing potential, structure, freshness, and minerality; white soils offer roundness with aromas of white flowers and exotic fruits; Caillottes and Griottes impart freshness, floral notes, and intense citrus aromas. Sat on lees for eight months to build its frame, the result is a fine wine, elegant and complex, with long aromatic persistence.
