Notes from the Winemaker

Our Cabernet Sauvignon is made entirely from our estate grown grapes in the historic Geneseo District of Paso Robles. The vineyard benefits from warm days, tempered by cool evenings due to the coastal influence of the Templeton Gap effect. This is beneficial to a long growing season, allowing the fruit to develop a complex character. Our grapes are 100% sustainably farmed. It exhibits cherry flavors with notes of spice, herbs, black olive and chocolate. Supple tannins provide structure and a long finish.
