The 2019 vintage of C.C. Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon opens with aromas of plum and boysenberry, complemented by floral-herbal notes to create a nose that is layered and intriguing. A creamy mouthfeel, this wine is both generous and giving on the palate with a texture that demonstrates immense weight and depth. Ripe raspberry and plum flavors are underscored by seductive spicy notes, with soft tannins gently supporting the wine from entry to completion.

Bright in cherry and cassis, with dusty crushed rock, dried herb and cedar playing along, this is a well-integrated wine in terms of oak and tannin. It is refined and structured, with tremendous complexity. Best from 2029–2034.
